This hands-on session, led by Grappolo Food & Wine School’s co-founder, Paula Thomas, covers tips for using canning equipment, essential safety and sanitation practices, and step-by-step guidance to create a fool-proof peach jam, a simple way to canned tomatoes, and how to mix the two to make a Colorado bbq sauce.
