Chef Russell Goodman has the amazing fortune to cook at Elk Stone Farm full time and will host 2024 James Beard Award Winner Chef Matt Vawter. Wines for the dinner will be paired by Scott Thomas from Grappolo Food and Wine School. An engaging wine professional, Scott is one of only 22 Italian Wine Experts globally.
