It’s that sparkling time of year again, when we raise a glass (or eight) to celebrate the joy, craft, and pure fun of effervescence. Join us as we dive into the world of Italian bubbles, affectionately known as Bollicine, and beyond.

Together, we’ll taste and compare eight incredible sparkling wines that showcase the artistry and diversity of Italy’s fizz. From the elegance of Trento DOC and Franciacorta to the playful charm of Lambrusco and the volcanic sparkle of Etna, we’ll explore how different regions, grapes, and production styles—from metodo classico to metodo ancestrale—create such distinct personalities in the glass.

Whether you’re a Champagne lover looking to expand your palate or simply love the sound of a cork popping, this class offers something for everyone. It’s informative but relaxed, structured yet social—perfect for anyone who believes wine education should feel more like a celebration than a lecture.

Led by Scott Thomas, Certified Italian Wine Expert and Certified Italian Wine Educator, this guided tasting blends storytelling, culture, and conviviality. Expect to learn, laugh, and leave with new favorites (and maybe a few new friends).
